is this price of 1079.00 including the rebate or will I get an additional 100.00 rebate in the mail lowering the price down to 979? I spoke with my local welding shop and they said it was after the rebate price you are showing I just want to know which is try and if it is 979 how your able to get it lower than a national company I am just looking to save some money and still have quality any information would help than kyou in advance
