Ty-Stick from Sacramento, CA asks:

I have seen two versions of this machine and I couldn't figure out any difference. One is called the Maxstar 200 STR stick welder and the other one is called the Maxstar 200 STR Low OCV. The specs were the same but the price was cheaper for the Low OCV. I don't understand why one is cheaper than the other because they both have Low OCV. Cheers TyT
