I understand that the two most common hook ups are for CGA 300(female) and CGA 510(male) ends, but is the only diffrence in these ends,other then male/female threaded ends that the CGA 300 will not fit a smaller tank like the B/MC? and what would be the smallest size tank you could get if you used the CGA300 regulator?
