When you install the roll of wire into the spindle it goes in hard, And you cannot remove the wire from the spindle unless you use a hammer and a punch if you

tighten the set screw on the back of unit the wire roll does not turn, I have to loosen the set screw to get the roll to turn, What's up with that. I am talking about the arbor

do I have to buy a spool that has a specific arbor install?
