Lightweight, easily adjustable, large viewing area and a great price. Would recommend to anyone and would buy again.

It's a bit bulky and heavy, but lets me have a better view than my old one with the small iris. The headgear is superior and stays when you put it on, moving up and down doesn't loosen it. The bag is not quite large enough and has too much string. I'd expect a bag that closes tight for a dusty environment. It's not auto "on" as far as I know, so you have to remember to start it before you use it. So chance for flash here. The keypad is easy to use, but a bit complex with so many options.

This is pretty good, the filter lens is amazing. However, the shell is massive and that huge lens is heavy. I personally can handle that, the deal breaker for me is the awful headgear. When I tighten it down where it feels secure, I can't wear it for more than an hour before the back of my head starts to hurt. I used it for about 3 days, then put it up and went back to my Arcone Vision that it was supposed to replace.

This is 2nd one over the years I Bought for my son. He was so excited Christmas when he received it. I won't buy his helmet from anyone else. Cyberweld is amazing to deal with.

Bought it for my husband whose helmet was not accommodating/blocking light well. He says it is excellent - has already used it several days and likes very much. Good fit for him (he is 5' 7") Good in garage light so far. Has not used in outdoor light yet.

I purchased the helmet for work. The helmet I use is a 3m model. The head gear on the helmet is cheap and flimsy. It gives me headaches. The new miller helmet is an improvement in comfort, clarity, and protection. I pair this helmet with a welding bib or balaclava when welding overhead. Overall I'm satisfied with my purchase.

In my opinion this welding hood is JUNK and I cannot recommend anyone buy it because of the constant problems I have had with the electronics draining the batteries. I'm not a professional so my gear will sit weeks or longer without being used. When I do need it it does not work. I finally just bought what would normally be a lifetime supply of the Panasonic OEM 3V batteries.. but I blew threw them in no time. I tried leaving it in xmode thinking it wouldn't flash, leaving it in the bag, putting it in my closet etc. I called Miller and you guessed it... the helmet was just out of the warranty date. I believe the electronics are draining the battery and anything short of taking the hood apart and removing the batteries allows it to drain. probably a lemon but the head gear sucks too and It made me mad that Miller wouldn't stand behind something in some manner. I bought the nicest hood I could afford.. never again.

I bought this helmet for the X Mode which I use for very low amps capability. It works great. No flashing at 5 amps. Huge viewing area - I think bigger than I need. Very nice color. I use a 2 diopter cheater lens plus multifocal reading glasses as I can't see a thing without 3 diopter. Works fine. Love the high tech head band with the top spreader insert.

I bought this helmet about 8 months ago and I have finally given up on it. I am a shop welder who also welds on race cars and rollcages. I can say without a doubt that this headgear is over designed and does not do the two things a head gear should do. First I'll start off by saying yes this headgear is comfortable but that is about it. I have set it several different ways and I still can not get it to stay upright when doing any task other than standing completely still. Also it is nearly impossible to get this headgear to tighten on my head without being bumped off easily. The only way is to tighten so much so that it'll give you a headache after only a few moments. I am a Miller fan boy but I cannot in good faith give this any hire than a one star review. I paid nearly $400 US here on cyberweld.com and it is by far one of my most disappointing purchases. I have officially retired the hood and back to my 9 year old Jackson which the headgear to this day still works.

Very nice welding helmet comfortable head gear very large viewing window user friendly control panel. I also like the clear light lens. I also have two other Miller Digital elite helmets you can really tell a big difference between the older ones and the new clear light lens technology. But I still use the other two on my job daily.

Overall, I love my Miller Infinity. I bought this to replace an older off-brand auto-darkening helmet. The clarity of the Miller Infinity is exceptional. The added field of view is a welcome upgrade, too. The new 'ClearLight' technology really does make it easier to see your surroundings. The headgear/harness is another area that sets this helmet apart. The harness sits down further onto my head and has a level of comfort that will allow you to wear this all day without fatigue. I also like that Miller included the bracket to easily add a 'cheater' lens (which, at my age, is needed). My only complaint - and it is minor - is that the weight & location of the lens is such that I cannot tighten the hinge bolts to get the lid to remain 'up'. I fear if I try to tighten it any more, I will break them off completely -- then I'll be up the creek. The plus side of having an auto-darkening helmet is you seldom NEED to have your lid up. So happy with my purchase - would not hesitate to buy another one.

Headgear takes some adjusting because of all the straps but once it is done it is very comfortable

The Miller Infinity is by far the best helmet I've owned. The large viewing area and the clear light lens is amazing. Great for old eyes! I expect a Miller to be of good design and quality. Best helmet I have ever welded through. 40 yrs. Exp. Better than Optrel and Lincoln Viking, Speedglas. Head gear is super comfortable. Only knock is you have to crank hard on the knobs to keep the helmet from coming down. I like the added features, such as timer, clock and alarm. No more welding through break. Could use some Bluetooth speakers in it next.

At this time I only have about 30 hours use on this new helmet. While the headset is very adjustable and comfortable, the most important aspect for me in a welding helmet is visibility - and this is excellent. I can see my welds, smoke is not an issue, and at this time I am very happy.

I'm getting older and use cheaters but don't need them at full arms length. The lens area is so big I can put the cheater at the top and have a bifocal hood. It is so clear you can get setup without lifting the hood. You need one, just buy it, it'll make your days way easier

viewing is amazing. the headgear is horrible. can't seem to get the thing to stay comfortably on my head. likes to just fall off when I flip the hood down

Miller hit a home run with the ClearLight technology! The optical clarity in this hood is amazing not to mention the viewing area. The 2 things I've found that I don't care for on this hood are the digital display goes to sleep after 10 minutes or so to preserve battery life. Also, DO NOT like the headgear it comes with. I bought a generation II headgear for it. I currently run a lot of pulse MIG and so far pretty good.

The view through this helmet was much clearer than my old one. I had almost given up welding with my old eyes, but this makes it possible for me to keep on. Love it!

I'm a professional welder been welding since 1999 have been through many hoods my last hood was a Miller had it for about eight years. This hood is extremely clear color is true you can look out into the sunlight and see perfect color. I will agree with many reviews I read before that the headgear is hard to get used to, but after A week of adjusting it just right I'm getting used to it. Overall a great purchase happy welding!

I have been using this hood for almost a year, performance wise it is everything you can expect from a miller hood. Love the different modes and ease of use. Cyberweld has the best deals, sad you can get so much from them and do little from shops in town.

This really is a great helmet. The view is panoramic. It's a huge improvement from my last mask. If you use lenses to see better, make sure to grab a lens adapter or they don't fit. I didn't know that so I used some clear double faced tape and attached it to the inner shield.

Buy this helmet, you won't regret it. I'm glad I didn't opt for a cheaper one. The view finder is HUGE, tons if fine tune settings, and it's super comfy on my head. I will never go back to anything less quality than this helmet.

Over all good hood. Lots of adjustment in all directions and sizes and the glass got more functions than a space shuttle that you probably won't need. However the glass is heavy due to its size and the adjusters aren't really well designed for it I think. Really hard to set tension on the side screws to have the hood stay up without it falling down by itself, and when you found that you can't get it down without grabbing it with your hand. That also leads to you have to have it super tight on your head to be able to lift it. Catch 22...

Lens is great, Large view but, its heavy, cant stay on my head and it cant stay up. It Falls down all the time. I bought the adjustment angle/stop twice, because lens is heavy and breaks them down.
