So if one just purchased this machine (at the $1715 price) one would then be able to: fill out the rebate form for a $100 rebate from Miller (effectively reducing the sales price to $1615), OR is the $1715 price already automatically include the rebate, OR Will cyber-weld charge me $1815 for this machine and then I file a rebate with miller to get the $100 (effectively making the sales price $1715)?
