What are the dimensions of the top and bottom trays and the amount of clearance between the bottom tray and the top tray. I need at least 10"w x 18"deep x 15"high on the bottom for a cooler and 8" wide X 20" deep on the top tray for the welder, which are not Thermal Arc. Thank you
