Was wondering if this style is good for industrial use, over a hard hat. I see that many people complained about the hard hat adapter always loosening up. Was wondering if you have to buy the Speedglas adapter, and if there have been any new improvements on the adapter they are selling now, that everyone seems to be complaining about?
