These disconnects are great for use with portable welders such as the Maxstar and Dynasty when one might want to store them away from the bulky gas bottles.

Good quality but does not fit regulators shipped with small Miller welders like my 211 and maybe others. The QDB34 does fit the Miller welders on the machine with the other part of the quick connect on the hose. Publishing this info on the product page would save the aggravation of buying and returning it..

I bought these to switch between my 75/25 mild steel shielding gas and 100% argon for aluminium. I was surprised that they do not leak at all after leaving them pressurized for a week. Now it takes a moment to switch gasses vice the 5-10 minutes before when moving the flow meter between gas bottles.

i was expecting them to leak at lest just a little being a quick disconnect but i still had full pressure in the line after a week with the tank shut off. i'm impressed

As a small shop I cannot afford a lot of gas at each location and I wanted easy change over to spool guns. This has been a great solution. I did have a little work to get the correct adapters but was able to find all from Western. Would recommend these to my friends.

I can connect my purge line setup quickly, and remove it just as fast to store it away neatly when not being used

The disconnects I ordered were just what I wanted and arrived right on time. I will order from cyber weld again.
