I usually try to buy local, but when pricing is out of range I'll buy on-line. This jacket is excellent. It had some residual leather dust when I got it, but that is the most negative thing I can say about it. I've used it for about 24 hours of welding time during the cold months. I've welded on the table as well as vertical and lots of overhead. Definitely saved me some shirts!! It fits as expected and I can move around in it quite well. I'd highly recommend for high quality at a very reasonable price.

Great item just fit smaller than I imagined

This was a gift for a grandson who is starting welding as a career, but still taking classes. He loved it. Have the removable bib is very important and the cowhide is very durable and protective. An excellent value for the quality. Would not hesitate to recommend this.

Very thick. Very hot. Completely uncomfortable in that Florida heat. But, laying on my back welding flux core above me, not one single burn. Seems well made and size runs true.

Stiff at first but breaks in well. Snaps are lined up correctly and function well. The fit was spot on.

I bought this for my husband. He thinks it's great . We were glad he ordered a large. He is of average weight and thinks the sizes run smaller. He needs to wear this with the two side snaps on the bib unsnapped to have the freedom of movement in the shoulder area.

Very happy with Tillman, all the Tillman products that I have purchased. The leather is heavy and the snaps look like they will last a long time.

These leather capes provide good protection while still allowing for good maneuverability.
